Tier 1: Order Execution Verification
After order confirmation, we verify the raw material grade, formula, proportions, and craftsmanship – ensuring full consistency with the sealed sample.
Tier 2: In‑Process Monitoring
During production, our QC team conducts unannounced spot checks on the workshop floor, verifying raw material batches, production techniques, and adherence to agreed specifications.
Tier 3: Pre‑Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Before packing, we perform AQL‑standard inspections on finished goods – checking size, color, fragrance, weight, and packaging consistency. A detailed PSI report is available upon request.
Tier 4: Third‑Party Testing Support
Our products come with MSDS certificates. If needed, we can assist customers in obtaining other required certifications or arranging third‑party inspections.
